Get Started, Ship your next Shipment with us!

Ship with FreightBroker.ca in four easy Steps!

Step One: Set up an Account *OPTIONAL*

The first step to shipping with FreightBroker.ca is to get an account with us. The customer credit application form can be downloaded from our Documentation section or you can download it HERE. Credit is not always an option for some of our customers sometimes due to the fact they are too new in business or perhaps they would rather just pay with another method. At this time we do not require accounts for any customers who wish to prepay shipments or pay via credit card*.

Step Two: Have your shipment quoted

The next step is all about relaying the information you have to our team so we can provide you with the best carrier at the best price for the job you need done. Simply proceed to our Rates section and click on the "Get a Spot Quote" button to be directed to our easy to use rate quotation form. Our staff will quickly contact our database of carriers and provide you, our customer, with all the options!

Step Three: Move your shipment with us!

So you've got an account, you've submitted a quote and are quite happy with the options we've given to you. So what next? It's time to see what we can do for you service wise! Once your shipment is ready, simply email or call us with your requirements and we take it from there. We call the carrier, we call the shipper, and we call the receiver. We fill out all the proper waybills based on the information provided and track the shipment DAILY begining to end. We can also inform your customers of any delays or problems which may delay their delivery.

Step Four: Relax!!

This is the best part of shipping your products with FreightBroker.ca, once you have given the shipment to us you can relax and focus and whats really important, your business! We work as your own in house transportation department and relay everything to you as it happens, no need for you to follow up with us because we will follow up with you!
